しかし、民主党や首相官邸には私たちは何度も抗議をしてきましたが、全く聞く耳も持たず、国民の生命よりも自らの保身を優先しているのが現状です。
今、こうしている間にも多くの人が亡くなっています。実際にはクーデターではなく、仮に現政権のままであっても、野党の協力を素直に受け入れ、災害救助活動や福島原発への対応が的確かつ迅速に行われれば、それで良いと考えています。自民党などの野党や海外のマスメディア等に対し、ここまで国民が現政権への不満を持っていることを知らしめ、外側から圧力をかけることが効果的だと思います。
「民主主義を逸脱する行為」との批判があるのは承知していますが、国民の生命と財産を守る意思のない政権には、仮に超法規的であるにせよ、引導を渡すべきだと思います。
また、「クーデターというのは暴力的である」という批判に対しては、諸外国に見る殺し合いによるクーデターではなく「無血クーデター」を期待すると明記しておきます。
ご賛同される方は少ないかと思いますが、私はこれ以上、多くの人が無能な政治家により虐殺されるのを見過ごすわけにはいけません。ご協力のほど、お願い申しあげます。

一刻も早く新たな政権を樹立し、米国やその他の諸外国と連携して、私たちの親類や友人を救ってください。私たち国民は、新しい政権を断固支持します。

We are just ordinary Japanese citizens.
Because of the recent great earthquake and the associated disasters in Japan, more than ten thousand people have died and lots of people are still in the disaster-stricken areas, bearing the severe cold and being scared of radioactive contamination.
As you know, despite the lapse of more than a week since the earthquake, the Japanese government, led by the Democratic Party of Japan (DPJ), has failed to cope effectively with the current crisis we are now facing.
The present Japanese government has no intention to save the Japanese people from the crisis, and while it does nothing, more and more victims are passing away, and fear of radioactive contamination is growing.
We are certain that this crisis will not end as long as the DPJ regime maintains its present attitude, and believe that establishing a new Japanese government, a national salvation government, even through a bloodless coup will be the quickest way to end the crisis, regardless of the possibility of a confusion this may involve.
Our hope is that a provisional government capable of dealing effectively with the crisis will be established.
We deeply regret that extralegal measures should be taken in our country, which is ruled by law, but we can no longer remain idle spectators, seeing more and more of our fellow citizens pass away and the radioactive contamination grow day by day.
We request you to establish a new government at the soonest possible time, and save our relatives, friends, and others in collaboration with the United States and other nations.
We, Japanese citizens, will steadfastly support the new government.
That being said, we will not stick with overthrowing the present government if it abandons its stubborn attitude to receive cooperation from opposition parties, and takes quick and appropriate actions for disaster relief and resolving the problems with the Fukushima nuclear power plant.
